FlagMyContract is an AI-enriched contract analysis tool designed to help freelancers and independent contractors identify potentially risky clauses in their agreements. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze contract text and provide informational insights. This is an informational tool only and does not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or legal services.

FlagMyContract offers three plans: Free (1 analysis per month), Pro ($19/month or $15.20/month billed annually with unlimited analyses and all features), and Pay-per-use ($4.99 per analysis). Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The service and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlagMyContract and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use the service to: upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service; or use the service for any illegal purpose.
